As a Building Controls Energy Manager we specialize in optimizing the BAS system. With ASHRAE level 1, 2, and 3 audits we would analyze how the building is operating and make practical recommendations to correct them or optimize them. This would entail as much intervention as the client would prefer. The ASHRAE audits are designed to estimate how much energy is lost due to inefficiencies and how quickly solutions will pay themselves back.

From our preliminary service of auditing a commercial building we would automatically be optimizing the BAS but can provide additional services like recommending additional smart building retrofits or looking at the service plan to find inefficiencies.
